Tim Atkin, a well-respected international wine journalist and Master of Wine, will publish his eleventh annual report on South African wine in September 2023.
His affection, admiration, and support for the South African wine industry are commendable, and his scores, anticipated by consumers, the trade, and the media, are a valuable indicator of quality that has helped raise the profile of South African wines in numerous foreign countries.
Tim visited the Paarl Vintners on the 28th of June to sample a selection of his 2022 classification producers’ wines. He is presently in South Africa, tasting his way through the Cape Winelands.
Druk My Niet, along with Ridgeback, Eenzaamheid Wines, Windmeul, Landskroon, and Rhebokskloof, had the opportunity to present him with our wines.
The evaluation was a tremendous success, and we sincerely hope that our wines will receive high marks.
