We are a small, boutique wine farm ascending the Hawekwa Mountains in the heart of the Boland region. It is nestled within the historic Dal Josaphat Valley amid larger farms and fields of local Fynbos.
Located within a biosphere reserve, the vineyards are grown sustainably, and the wines are made to allow this pristine terroir to be expressed in all its beauty.

By practicing green harvesting and limiting the number of harvested bunches, only the finest fruit reaches the cellar. White, rosé, and red wine grapes are picked as early in the morning as possible to preserve their freshness. To guarantee that only the healthiest fruit is fermented, the grapes are further chilled in a cool chamber before being manually sorted.
